Code Compliance Planning
Code compliance planning is an essential part of being prepared for the future. With code changes happening all the time and new vertical transportation technology improvements; it can be a little overwhelming to deal with. In Minnesota the deadline for submission of your code compliance plan is December 30th 2011! If your elevators need modernized because of the recent code changes, you run the risk of inconvenient interruptions in service, until the work is completed. This can be avoided if you have an accepted plan by the State of Minnesota. Don’t worry; there is still time to have a code compliance plan in place that would eliminate any interruption in your elevator service.
